We are currently planning the revitalization of the administrative building of the former Oberpostdirektion in the Westend ensemble in Frankfurt am Main. The property with a gross floor area of around 27,000 m² is located directly at the Frankfurt Trade Fair in a sought-after business location. In addition to the preservation of the existing natural stone façade, the focus of the sustainable project called Westend Gardens is on the implementation of community areas, a landscaped inner courtyard and the planting of numerous roof terraces.

Completion with a planned investment volume of 250 million euros including office use and gastronomy in addition to the already existing post office branch is scheduled for 2025.
